like, i just wanna check someone’s profile or stats, not necessarily add them. tried the xbox app but it’s kinda confusing lol.
also, does xbox lookup gamertag still work if their profile’s set to private? or am i outta luck?

yeah, you can xbox lookup gamertag without adding them! just search their name in the xbox app or on the xbox website.
if their profile’s public, you’ll see stats, achievements, etc. but if it’s private, you’re outta luck—no way around that.
also, try xboxgamertag.com for a quick lookup, but it’s not always up-to-date.

nah, the app’s kinda messy for this. i use trueachievements.com to xbox lookup gamertag—way better for stats and recent games.
private profiles won’t show anything tho, no matter where you look.
pro tip: if they’re offline, some sites still pull cached data, but it’s hit or miss.

try tracker.gg/xbox—shows recent activity, even clips. works if they’re offline too, as long as their profile’s public.

you can def xbox lookup gamertag without friending! just type it in the search bar on the xbox site.
for third-party stuff, xboxplayercard.com is solid. shows games, achievements, and even their gamerpic.
but like others said, private profiles block everything.

it’s a bit technical but gives deep stats.
downside? if they’re private, you’re stuck. xbox lookup gamertag tools can’t bypass privacy settings.
