"Optimum Suddenlink login not working—anyone else facing this?"
ugh, so frustrated rn. Trying to log into my optimum suddenlink account and it’s just NOT letting me in.
Keeps saying "invalid credentials" but I KNOW my password is right. Tried resetting it twice and still nada.
Anyone else dealing with this? Or found a quick fix?
Also, is the site super slow for y’all too or just me?

Y’all, clear your DNS cache!
Open command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns". Fixed my login issues after hours of rage.
Also, their site hates ad blockers—disable ‘em if you’re using one.

This might sound dumb, but... unplug your router for 30 secs.
Optimum’s login sometimes freaks out with IP conflicts. Did this and it magically worked after.

Their CAPTCHA is broken half the time.
If you’re stuck in a loop, try disabling browser extensions. UBlock Origin was my culprit.
Also, their support number (866-950-3278) is hit or miss, but worth a call if you’re desperate.
