Same here! tamilyogi.cc has been super laggy for me too. I thought it was my internet at first, but other sites work fine.
I switched to tamilrockers.ws for now, and it’s been way smoother. Not as many ads either. Maybe give that a shot?
Also, try using an ad blocker like uBlock Origin. It’s a lifesaver for those sketchy pop-ups.
