I feel your pain! The instagram login glitch wrong password problem is so annoying.
I found that disabling my ad blocker and VPN before logging in helped. Also, make sure your phone’s date and time settings are correct.
If nothing works, try reaching out to Instagram support through the Help Center. They’re slow, but they might be able to help.
