This might help: try using Facebook’s mobile app instead of the browser. I had the same issue on my laptop, but the app worked fine. If the app works, it’s probably a browser-related problem. Also, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

Hey, I had this issue too, and it was super frustrating! I fixed it by resetting my Facebook password. Sometimes, if your account security is flagged, Facebook keeps expiring your session. Resetting the password seemed to reset the security flags too.
