Hey! I had the same issue, and it was so annoying.
I ended up using a tool called Account Recovery Pro (https://accountrecoverypro.com/) to help me get back into my account. It’s not free, but it worked for me when nothing else did.
Just be careful with third-party tools, though. Make sure they’re legit!
