I’ve been using a proxy server ps5 for a while now, and it’s been pretty helpful for reducing ping spikes. I use CyberGhost, and it’s been reliable so far.
Just make sure to test different servers to find the one that works best for you. And no, it doesn’t mess with matchmaking as long as you’re not doing anything shady.
