I’ve been using Shifter for a while now, and it’s been pretty reliable. Their workingproxy setup is easy to use, and the speeds are decent.
If you’re looking for free, try ProxyScrape. It’s hit or miss, but sometimes you can find decent workingproxy servers there.

I’ve been using IPRoyal, and it’s been great. Their workingproxy service is fast, and they have a lot of IPs to choose from. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth it if you need reliability.
For free options, try ProxyList. It’s not perfect, but you can find some decent proxies if you’re patient.
