bro, i feel you. if you’re trying to figure out how to make 4chan not block your ip, just use a vpn.
i recommend windscribe, it’s cheap and works well. restarting your router might not give you a new IP, so vpn is the way to go.
and no, cookies and browsers won’t help. it’s strictly IP-based.
