- Limit simultaneous downloads to 2-3 to avoid slowing your internet.
- Use the MyJDownloader app to bypass captchas.
- Enable auto-extraction in Settings > Extensions > Archive Extractor.

Captchas are a pain, but logging into your file host accounts in jdownloader helps. Also, try using a VPN to switch IPs when they get annoying.
Auto-extraction is under Settings > Extensions. Just enable it, and you’re good to go.
