Man, pirate proxy lst sites are such a gamble. I’ve been using TorrentGalaxy lately, and it’s been decent. Not a proxy, but it’s got a lot of the same content without the constant downtime.
For proxies, I’d say avoid anything that looks too flashy or promises too much. Those are usually the ones that disappear fast.
