Hey, I’ve been using ultrasurf windows for a while, and it’s usually reliable. But yeah, lately it’s been a bit buggy. Have you tried using a different network? Sometimes switching to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi can help.
Also, make sure your Windows is up to date. Sometimes outdated OS can cause issues with ultrasurf.
