Hey, I’d recommend checking out Hotspot Shield. It’s fast, easy to set up, and worked perfectly for me when applying through OpenCC. They have a free version, but the premium one is way better if you can swing it.

I’ve used both ExpressVPN and NordVPN for OpenCC, and both worked well. If you’re looking for the best proxy to use when applying college through OpenCC, I’d say go with NordVPN. It’s a bit cheaper and just as reliable.
