“” - stealthDash99 - 15-03-2025 Hey, I had the same issue with ss5 Linux. The docs are kinda vague, but I found that using `ss5 -f` to specify the config file directly helped. Also, make sure your `/etc/opt/ss5/ss5.conf` has the right permissions: `sudo chmod 600 /etc/opt/ss5/ss5.conf` “” - proxyNomad77 - 16-03-2025 Thanks, everyone! This is super helpful. I tried the `ss5 -t` tip, and it pointed out a few errors in my config. I also opened port 1080 with `ufw`, and it seems to be working now. One quick follow-up: does anyone know if ss5 Linux supports IPv6? I’m trying to set it up for a dual-stack environment, and I’m not sure if I need to tweak anything extra. Also, big shoutout to the GitHub repo link—those examples were a lifesaver! |
