Free proxies for Telegram are a total gamble. Some might work for a bit, but they’re usually slow and get blocked quickly. I’d recommend going for paid MTProto proxies. I’ve been using https://proxy-sale.net, and they’ve been solid. Fast, reliable, and no issues with restrictions. Worth the investment if you need something consistent.

MTProto proxies are the best for Telegram, no doubt. I’ve tried a few, and https://proxyline.com has been the most reliable for me. Their paid proxies are fast and don’t get blocked. Free proxies for Telegram are just too risky—they might work for a bit, but they’re not worth the hassle in the long run.
