Wow, thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I’ve tried a few of these already, like using a VPN (I went with NordVPN) and resetting my device ID, but I’m still getting flagged after a couple of days. Has anyone had success with using an Android emulator like BlueStacks? I’m thinking of giving that a shot next. Also, does Reddit track MAC addresses? I’m not super tech-savvy, so any clarification would be awesome. Thanks again, you guys are lifesavers!

The device ban reddit backup issue is such a headache. I’ve found that using a VPN (I use Mullvad) and switching to a different browser helps. Also, try using a different email and avoid linking your phone number. If you’re on Android, you can use an app like Island to create a separate profile for your new account. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than nothing.
