Wow, thanks so much, everyone! I didn’t expect so many helpful replies. I ended up filling the old holes with wood filler and used a hinge jig I borrowed from a friend. It worked pretty well, but the door still sags a tiny bit.
Do you think I need to adjust the hinges more, or could it be something else? Also, that Family Handyman guide was a lifesaver—thanks for sharing!
I’ll keep tinkering with it, but I’m feeling way more confident now. You guys are awesome!
