I’ve tried a bunch of proxies for youtube in proxy, and honestly, it’s a gamble. Some work for a bit, then get blocked. I’ve had the best luck with Surfshark. It’s affordable and works well for streaming.
Also, try using a different device if you’re getting blocked. Sometimes switching from your phone to your laptop helps.
