Email support@instagram.com with “ACCOUNT WRONGFULLY BANNED” in caps. Attach your ID if needed.
Some ppl say commenting on Meta’s FB posts gets a response. Desperate times lol.

finally got help by:
- Emailing appeals@instagram.com
- Filing a complaint here: https://help.instagram.com/contact/606967319425038
took 3 weeks tho. patience is key.
