The `xcrun altool` commands helped me reset my session when nothing else worked.

Had this last month! The ONLY thing that worked was:
1. Sign out of iCloud completely on Mac
2. Sign out of App Store
3. Reboot
4. Sign back into everything
Nuclear option but 100% fixed my session expired apple id in xcode issue.
