If you need a specific IP, you’re stuck with dedicated proxies. No way around it.

Try ProxyRack or MyPrivateProxy. Both let you choose exact IPs.

For verification, use ip2location.com. Shows way more info than whatsmyip.

Also, restart your router after setting up to avoid conflicts.
