Yup, confirmed outage. Instagram not working /X is trending everywhere.
Even the desktop site is lagging.
Best bet is to wait it out or check @Instagram on Twitter for updates.

Same problem! Instagram not working /X for hours now.
Tried everything—cleared cache, updated app, nada.
Outage.Report shows it’s mostly US and Europe affected.
