Selenium can't bypass captcha because it’s not a human. Duh.
But you can try hiring humans (yes, really). Services like Mechanical Turk can solve CAPTCHAs manually.
Slow? Yes. Effective? Also yes.

If selenium can't bypass captcha, maybe it’s time to rethink your approach.
Can you interact with the site’s API directly? Often, APIs don’t have CAPTCHAs.
If not, 2Captcha or manual solving are your only options.
