Zillow’s API is *not* for commercial use unless you’ve got a deal with them. Their zillow api rules and regulations are super clear about that.

Rate limits are low (1k/day), and they’re aggressive about enforcement.

If you need listings, maybe try MLS APIs instead—they’re more flexible for biz use.
