403 errors suck, but here’s a checklist:
1. URL case-sensitive? (Linux servers care.)
2. File permissions too strict? (chmod -R 755 /var/www)
3. CDN misconfiguration? (Cloudflare/Akamai).
For debugging, curl -I [URL] shows headers. Might reveal a "X-Blocked-By" clue.
