If you’re dealing with a work proxy, you might be SOL without admin access.
But try this: Open PowerShell as admin and run:
`netsh winhttp reset proxy`
Resets the system-wide proxy. Might need a restart.

If nothing works, create a new user profile on your PC. Sometimes proxy settings get tied to the user account.
