Simplest way? ip2location.com. Punch in your IP, and it’ll give you a city—that’s likely your ISP’s server hub.
If you’re extra, run `traceroute 8.8.8.8` in CMD or Terminal. The first non-local IP is probably your ISP’s edge server.
VPN issues are often about server distance. Switch to a closer one and see if it helps.
