OMG same! Error code 1020 haunted me for days. Turns out my router’s firmware was outdated.

Updating it + flushing DNS (ipconfig /flushdns on Windows) fixed it.

If you’re techy, try changing your MAC address—sometimes that tricks Cloudflare.
