Tried "Norton Safe Web" and it’s... fine?
It flags risky sites, but I swear it’s too aggressive. Like, my grandma’s blog got marked "dangerous" somehow.
Free, but eh. Maybe there’s better out there.

"HTTPS Everywhere" + "Privacy Badger" is my go-to. Not exactly a browser scanner, but they kill most threats before they load.
If you want active scanning, "Dr.Web Link Checker" is niche but reliable.
Just avoid anything that asks for $$$ upfront.
