I’ve had good luck with Soax. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s one of the best proxy sites for speed and reliability.
Works great for streaming and doesn’t throttle your connection.
For a budget option, Proxy-N-VPN is decent, but speeds vary.

Honestly, just avoid free proxies. They’re all garbage.
For a paid best proxy site, I’d say go with Shifter. Fast, stable, and works with Netflix.
If you’re tight on cash, ProxyBonanza is okay, but don’t expect lightning speeds.
