Proxies are *fast*, but they’re *not* private. At all.
If you’re just trying to access Hulu, fine. But don’t use them for anything else.
For real privacy, get a VPN like IVPN. It’s worth the extra cash.

Thanks for all the input, folks! Sounds like proxies are *only* good for streaming, and even then, it’s risky if they log data.
I’ll probably go with a VPN for now—maybe Nord or Express. But if anyone’s found a *truly* no-logs american proxy, lmk.
Also, good call on avoiding banking with proxies. Almost made that mistake lol. Cheers!
