Think of 4G vs 5G like this: 4G is a sports car, 5G is a spaceship.
But the spaceship only works on certain launchpads (aka 5G towers). If you’re not near one, you’re stuck with the sports car.
Speed? Yeah, 5G *can* be insane. But unless you’re constantly downloading 4K movies, 4G is fine.
Battery life? Depends on your phone, but 5G does use more power.

The difference between 4g and 5g is mostly about future tech. Right now, 5G is faster *in theory*, but in reality? It’s inconsistent.
I’ve had 5G be blazing fast one block and nonexistent the next. Until coverage improves, 4G is the safer bet.
Battery drain is real, but newer phones handle it better. If you’re not in a 5G-heavy area, just stick with 4G for now.
