omg same! roblox ip banned me and i was so confused.
turns out my neighbor was using exploits on the same network. roblox bans entire ips sometimes.
try using a different device or hotspot while u wait for support.

yo thanks for all the replies! i tried resetting my router and it actually worked—got a new ip and can play again.
still weird that i got roblox ip banned for no reason tho. gonna keep an eye on it.
