Wow, thanks everyone! The smoothie and LEGO examples totally clicked for me.
I tried PivotTables in Excel like some of you suggested, and it’s way less scary than I thought.
Quick follow-up: How do you know *what* to aggregate? Like, do you just pick random stuff or is there a strategy?
Also, Metabase looks cool—gonna check that out next!
