This might sound weird, but check your RAM. Faulty memory can corrupt *any* file, including your mozilla profile.
Run `memtest86` overnight. If it’s clean, at least you’ve ruled that out.
Also, avoid running Firefox for weeks without restarting. Memory leaks = bad news.
