For general stuff, Nyaa.si is great if you’re into anime or Asian content.

For a temp fix, try switching to HTTP instead of HTTPS. Weirdly works sometimes.

Long-term, though, maybe time to explore private trackers. IPT (not ip torrent) is a good one if you can get in.
