Hey everyone,
Is anyone else having issues with dialpad firefox? I’ve been trying to use it for work calls, but it keeps freezing or just straight-up not loading. Super frustrating, especially when I’m in the middle of something important.
I’ve tried clearing cache, updating Firefox, and even reinstalling dialpad firefox, but no luck so far. Anyone found a fix or workaround?
Also, does it work better on Chrome or Edge? I’d rather not switch browsers, but at this point, I’m desperate lol.

Hey, I had the same issue with dialpad firefox last week! It was driving me nuts. What worked for me was disabling all my extensions temporarily. Turns out one of them was causing a conflict. Maybe give that a shot? Also, yeah, it runs smoother on Chrome for me, but I get not wanting to switch.

Ugh, dialpad firefox has been a pain lately. I switched to Chrome for work calls, and it’s been way more stable. Not ideal, but it’s a quick fix until they sort out the Firefox issues. Have you tried reaching out to their support? They might have some hidden tips.

I feel your pain! Dialpad firefox has been glitchy for me too. I found that using the web version (dialpad.com) in Firefox works better than the extension. Not perfect, but at least it doesn’t freeze as much. Worth a try if you haven’t already!

Yo, same problem here. Dialpad firefox is a mess rn. I switched to Edge, and it’s been smooth sailing. I know you don’t wanna switch browsers, but honestly, it’s worth it for now. Also, check if your Firefox is up to date—sometimes it’s the little things.

Hey! I had this exact issue with dialpad firefox. What fixed it for me was resetting Firefox to its default settings. It’s under Help > Troubleshoot Mode. It’s a bit of a hassle, but it worked like a charm. Let me know if it helps!

Wow, thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried resetting Firefox to default settings, and it seems to be working better now. Still not perfect, but at least it’s not freezing every 5 minutes. I’ll give Chrome a shot if it acts up again. Really appreciate all the help!

Dialpad firefox has been super buggy for me too. I ended up using Chrome for work calls, and it’s been way more reliable. I know switching browsers isn’t ideal, but it’s a solid workaround for now. Also, try using the dialpad web app instead of the extension—it might help.
