I totally understand the frustration of getting blocked.
When I got IP blocked by Instagram but I'm not botting, I contacted their support directly. They were able to lift the block after a few days. It’s worth a shot if you can provide proof that you’re not violating any rules.

In my experience, the best way to handle when you got IP blocked by Instagram but I'm not botting is to ensure your account is secure.
Change your password and enable two-factor authentication. This adds an extra layer of security while you’re figuring out the blockage.

When I got IP blocked by Instagram but I’m not botting, I found that switching to a proxy helped.
Using a residential proxy can mask your real IP address and reduce the chances of getting blocked again. Just make sure to choose a reputable proxy provider.
