yo, anyone else feel like craigslist now sucks? like, it used to be the GOAT for finding deals and random stuff, but now it’s just... meh.
scammers everywhere, dead listings, and the UI looks like it’s stuck in 2005.
i miss when it was actually useful. now it’s just a ghost town with a few bots and overpriced junk.
or is it just me? idk, maybe i’m just salty lol.
what do y’all think? craigslist now sucks or nah?

yeah, craigslist now sucks big time. it’s like they gave up on updating it or something. i’ve been using facebook marketplace lately, and it’s way better. less scammers, more active users, and the UI is actually modern. plus, you can see profiles, so it feels safer.
if you’re looking for deals, check out offerup too. it’s kinda like craigslist but way more user-friendly.

nah, it’s not just you. craigslist now sucks for real. i tried selling some furniture last month, and it was a nightmare. bots messaging me every 5 minutes, and no real buyers.
i switched to nextdoor for local stuff, and it’s been way better. people are actually serious about buying/selling, and it’s less sketchy.

i feel you, man. craigslist now sucks compared to what it used to be. it’s like they didn’t even try to keep up with the times.
if you’re into vintage or unique stuff, try etsy or depop. it’s not the same as craigslist, but you can find some cool things there.

honestly, craigslist now sucks, but i still use it for free stuff. the “free” section is the only thing that’s still kinda useful.
for everything else, i’ve been using mercari. it’s like a mix of ebay and craigslist, but way less sketchy.

yeah, craigslist now sucks, but i think it depends on where you live. in bigger cities, it’s still somewhat active, but in smaller towns, it’s a ghost town.
i’ve had better luck with letgo (now part of offerup). it’s more modern, and people actually respond.

craigslist now sucks, but i still check it for cars. the car section is the only thing that’s still decent, imo.
for everything else, i’ve been using ebay classifieds. it’s not perfect, but it’s better than dealing with craigslist bots.

if you’re looking for furniture or home stuff, try aptdeco or chairish. they’re more curated, but the quality is way better.

for buying/selling, i’ve switched to poshmark. it’s more fashion-focused, but it’s way better than dealing with craigslist scammers.
