Hey guys, anyone else dealing with the "can't refresh feed Instagram" thing rn? It’s driving me nuts! 😩
I keep pulling down to refresh, but nothing happens. Tried restarting the app, my phone, even reinstalled it, but still no luck.
Is this a bug or just me? Also, if anyone knows how to fix the "can't refresh feed Instagram" issue, pls share!

Ugh, same here! The "can't refresh feed Instagram" thing is so annoying. I thought it was just me, but seems like it’s happening to others too.
I checked Downdetector (https://downdetector.com) and there’s a spike in reports for Instagram right now. Might be a server-side issue. Fingers crossed they fix it soon! 🤞

Yo, I had the same problem earlier today. Couldn’t refresh my Instagram feed no matter what I did.
What worked for me was switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Idk why, but it just started working after that. Maybe give that a shot?
Also, clearing the app cache might help if you’re on Android. Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear Cache.

Same boat here. Can’t refresh my Instagram feed either. Tried everything—restarting, reinstalling, nada.
Someone on Reddit said turning off VPN (if you’re using one) fixed it for them. Worth a try if you’ve got one running.
Also, Instagram’s support page (https://help.instagram.com) has some troubleshooting steps, but tbh, they’re pretty basic.

Ugh, the "can’t refresh feed Instagram" glitch is the worst. I’ve been stuck with it for hours.
I read somewhere that it could be a cache issue. If you’re on iPhone, try offloading the app (Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Instagram > Offload App). Then reinstall it.
Not sure if it’ll work, but it’s worth a shot. Let me know if it helps!

Bro, I feel you. The "can’t refresh feed Instagram" thing is driving me insane.
I tried logging out and back in, and it worked for like 5 minutes, then stopped again. 😩
Maybe it’s just Instagram being Instagram. They’ve been super glitchy lately. Hopefully, they’ll push an update soon.

Hey! I had the same issue earlier. Couldn’t refresh my Instagram feed no matter what.
I ended up using Instagram on my browser instead (https://www.instagram.com). It’s not ideal, but at least I could see my feed.
Also, someone mentioned that turning off “Data Saver” in the app settings might help. Haven’t tried it myself, but thought I’d share.
