Hey y’all,
Is anyone else having trouble with the hop log in?? I’ve been trying for like 20 mins now and it’s just not working. Keeps saying “error” or something.
I’ve tried restarting my phone, clearing cache, even reinstalled the app... nada.
Is it just me or is the hop log in acting up for others too? Kinda frustrating ngl.
Also, if anyone’s got a fix, pls share! I’m lowkey stuck here lol.

Yo, same issue here! The hop log in has been acting up for me too. I tried everything you did, and it’s still not working.
I checked their Twitter, and apparently, they’re aware of the issue and working on a fix. Maybe give it a few hours?
If you’re in a rush, try logging in through their website instead of the app. Sometimes that works better.

ugh, the hop log in is such a pain rn. I had the same problem yesterday, but I found a workaround.
Try turning off your Wi-Fi and using mobile data. For some reason, that fixed it for me.
Also, make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes the older versions just don’t play nice.

Hey! I had this issue last week, and it drove me nuts.
What worked for me was resetting my password. Go to the hop log in page, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the steps. It’s annoying, but it fixed the error for me.

I found this site called DownDetector, and it shows that a lot of people are having the same issue. So it’s definitely not just you.

Same here! The hop log in is giving me errors too.
I tried using a VPN, and it actually worked. Maybe give that a shot? Sometimes it’s a regional thing.
If you don’t have a VPN, there are free ones like ProtonVPN that you can try.

Thanks for all the suggestions, y’all! I tried the VPN trick, and it actually worked. Still annoying that the hop log in is so glitchy, but at least I’m in now.
For anyone else stuck, I’d recommend checking DownDetector to see if it’s a widespread issue.
Also, their support team said they’re rolling out a fix soon, so fingers crossed!

Ugh, the hop log in is so frustrating. I’ve been stuck for hours.
I reached out to their support, and they said it’s a server issue on their end. They’re working on it, but no ETA yet.
In the meantime, maybe try logging in during off-peak hours? Sometimes that helps.

What worked for me was clearing the app data (not just the cache). Go to your phone settings > apps > hop > storage > clear data.

The hop log in is definitely buggy today. I’ve seen a few people complaining about it on Reddit too.
One thing you can try is using a different device. I switched to my laptop, and it worked fine.
If you don’t have another device, maybe try an emulator like BlueStacks on your PC.
