Hey everyone!
Sooo, I’ve been trying to get into my account using brightweb login, but it’s just not working for me. 😩 Anyone else having issues? I keep getting stuck at the password page, and idk if it’s me or the site lol.
I’ve tried resetting my password like 3 times already, but no luck. Also, is it just me or does the brightweb login page take forever to load sometimes?
If anyone’s got tips or hacks to make this smoother, pls share! Or if you’ve dealt with this before, lmk how you fixed it.

OMG, thank you all so much for the tips! I tried switching to Firefox like someone suggested, and it actually worked! Still took a while to load, but at least I got in.
