Hey folks,
So I’ve been using proxifier for a while, but lately it keeps dropping my connection randomly. Super annoying, especially mid-work.
Anyone else run into this? Tried restarting, reinstalling, same issue.
Maybe a config thing? Or is it just me?

Hey! Had the same issue with proxifier dropping connections. Turns out it was a conflict with my antivirus. Added proxifier to the exclusion list and boom—no more disconnects.
Also, check if your proxy provider has stability issues. Some just suck lol.
If nothing works, maybe try a VPN with split tunneling as a backup?

Yo, proxifier + SOCKS5 works fine for me! Just make sure your proxy settings are correct in the profile.
Sometimes the auth gets weird—double-check username/password. Also, enable "Resolve hostnames through proxy" if stuff’s not loading.

Proxifier’s been solid for me, but yeah, configs can be finicky.
If apps aren’t routing, check your rule order—sometimes the wrong rule overrides stuff.
Also, maybe whitelist the app in your firewall? Had that block proxifier once.

Random thought: Are you on WiFi? Proxifier hates unstable connections. Try ethernet if possible.
Also, some ISPs throttle proxy traffic. Might explain the drops.
Worst case, try a VPN as a backup. Not ideal, but better than nothing.

Proxifier + SOCKS5 works, but you gotta set it up right.
Make sure "DNS over proxy" is enabled if you’re having resolution issues.
