Hey guys,
Is anyone else having issues with tisocks login rn? I keep getting stuck at the login page—either it says "invalid credentials" or just spins forever.
I’ve tried:
- Resetting my password (no email tho??)
- Clearing cache/cookies
- Different browsers
Still nada.
Kinda frustrating since I need to access my account ASAP. Anyone found a fix or is this a server-side thing?
Also, is there an official support contact for tisocks login problems? Their help page is... not helpful lol.

Hey! Had the same issue with tisocks login last week. Turns out their servers were down for maintenance, but they didn’t announce it (typical, right?).
Try checking their Twitter or status page—sometimes they post updates there. If it’s not that, maybe disable any VPN or ad blocker? Those can mess with the login page.

Ugh, tisocks login is such a pain sometimes. I fixed it by using Incognito mode in Chrome—weirdly worked when nothing else did.
Also, their support email is buried in the FAQ (support@tisocks.zendesk.com), but good luck getting a quick reply. They take forever.

If you’re getting "invalid credentials," double-check if Caps Lock is on. Sounds dumb, but it’s happened to me more than once with tisocks login.
Also, try logging in from your phone? Sometimes mobile works when desktop doesn’t.

Pro tip: Use a password manager for tisocks login. I kept typoing my password and didn’t realize it until I let LastPass fill it in for me.
If resetting didn’t send an email, check spam or try a different email provider (Gmail vs. Outlook, etc.).

Their servers might be glitching. DownDetector.com shows if others are reporting tisocks login issues too.
If it’s just you, maybe your IP got flagged? Try restarting your router to get a new one.

I had this exact problem! For me, disabling browser extensions (especially security ones) fixed the infinite spin on tisocks login.
Also, their live chat is useless, but their community forum sometimes has mods who respond faster than support.

OP here—thanks for all the suggestions! Tried Incognito and disabling extensions, but no luck. DownDetector shows a spike, so maybe it’s server-side.

Try accessing tisocks login via a direct link instead of bookmarking it. Sometimes cached versions of the page break stuff.
If all else fails, tweet at them—companies hate public complaints and usually reply faster lol.

Weird question: Are you using 2FA? I’ve heard their system bugs out sometimes and won’t send the code. If so, try disabling it temporarily (just remember to turn it back on after!).
Also, their help page is a joke—you’re not alone there.
