But don’t sleep on Bangalore and Hyderabad—tech hubs with crazy engagement.
Check out StatCounter or SimilarWeb for rough estimates. Smaller towns are growing fast tho, especially in UP and Bihar.

Highest density of users, no doubt.
But if you want hard data, try looking up reports from TRAI or the annual IAMAI reports. They break it down by region.
