hey guys, so i got blocked by someone on insta (long story lol) but i’m lowkey curious if there’s any way to view blocked instagram account without unblocking?
i’ve heard stuff like using third-party apps or making a fake account, but idk if that actually works or if it’s just bs.
also, does the “search from a friend’s phone” trick still work? or is insta too smart for that now?

lol i tried the fake account thing last week.
if their profile’s private, you’re outta luck. if public, you can see their posts but not stories or DMs.
but insta flags new accounts fast, so it’s a hassle.

Technically, you can’t View blocked Instagram account directly. But here’s a workaround:
1. Ask a mutual friend to check if the account is public.
2. Use Wayback Machine (archive.org) to see if their profile was ever archived.
Not perfect, but better than nothing!

even if you make a new account, if you use the same device/IP, they might shadowban you.

i used a VPN + new email to make a burner account and it worked... for like a day.
then insta asked for phone verification and i gave up.

Honestly, just respect the block.
If someone blocked you, trying to View blocked Instagram account is kinda invasive.
Plus, insta’s constantly updating privacy features, so any loophole today might be patched tomorrow.

there’s a chrome extension called “IG Viewer” that claims to help View blocked Instagram account, but it’s sketchy.
i wouldn’t trust it with my login info.
