Why is Chrome logging off websites randomly? Anyone else facing this? or Chrome logging off websites - secureRushX77 - 27-07-2024

"Chrome logging off websites constantly—how do I fix this?"

Ugh, is anyone else dealing with Chrome logging off websites randomly? Like, I’ll be logged into Gmail, Reddit, or whatever, and POOF—suddenly I’m signed out.

It’s driving me nuts! Happens on both my laptop and phone.

Tried clearing cookies, updating Chrome, even restarting my router. Nothin’ works for long.

Is this just me?? Or is Chrome logging off websites for y’all too?

If you’ve got a fix, pls share. I’m this close to switching browsers lol.

"Chrome logging off websites—anyone else?"

Yo, why is Chrome logging off websites all the time?

One minute I’m chillin’, next minute—logged out.

Help a frustrated soul out. Fixes? Or just suffer together? 😅

Same issue here! Chrome logging off websites is so annoying.
I found that disabling "Clear cookies and site data when you quit Chrome" in settings helped.
Also, check if any extensions are messing with sessions—try disabling them one by one.

ugh YES. Chrome keeps logging me out of everything.
Try this: go to chrome://flags/ and search for "Enable session cookies to be persistent."
Enable that flag, restart Chrome, and see if it sticks. Worked for me!

This happens to me too!
Are you using any VPN or privacy extensions? Sometimes they wipe cookies randomly.
Also, check if your Chrome sync is on—weird sync issues can cause logouts.

Chrome logging off websites is a nightmare.
I switched to Firefox for a bit, but when I came back, I reset Chrome completely (reinstalled).
Fixed it for me—maybe worth a shot if you’re desperate?

Yo, this drove me crazy until I figured it out.
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data.
Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is OFF. That fixed my random logouts.

OP reply:
Wow, thanks for all the suggestions!
Tried the "Enable persistent session cookies" flag and whitelisted my main sites in Cookie AutoDelete.
So far, so good—no more Chrome logging off websites today. Fingers crossed!
If it acts up again, I’ll try the antivirus tip next. Y’all are lifesavers.

Bro, same. Chrome logging off websites is the worst.
Try this tool—Cookie AutoDelete extension. It lets you whitelist sites so they don’t get cleared.
Life-saver for keeping logins intact.

This kept happening to me too!
Turns out my antivirus was scanning cookies and deleting "suspicious" ones.
Maybe check your security software settings?

Chrome logging off websites? Ugh.
Try disabling "Hardware Acceleration" in Chrome settings.
Weirdly, that fixed it for some people (including me).
