Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m struggling with having to many gmail accounts, and I’m not sure how to manage them effectively.
It can get really overwhelming trying to keep track of different logins and emails, especially when I need to find important information quickly.
What strategies have you all used to manage multiple Gmail accounts?
Is it better to consolidate them into one main account, or are there benefits to keeping them separate?
Any tips on organizing emails or using features that can help streamline the process would be greatly appreciated!

Using labels and filters in Gmail has helped me stay organized.
You can categorize your emails by projects or accounts, which makes finding things a lot easier!

I have a similar situation with to many gmail accounts, and I decided to consolidate most of them into one main account.
It made things a lot easier to manage, especially for tracking important emails.

I totally understand the struggle with having to many gmail accounts!
One thing that’s worked for me is using the Gmail app to manage all my accounts in one place.
You can easily switch between accounts without having to log in and out all the time.
