hey guys, i’ve been wondering how to track IP number properly. like, what’s the simplest method without getting too technical?
i’ve heard about using command prompt (ipconfig for local stuff) or sites like whatsmyip, but idk if that’s the best way.
also, is there a way to track someone else’s IP? not for sketchy reasons lol, just curious.
any tips or tools u recommend? pls keep it simple cuz i’m not a tech wizard.

If you're on Windows, open cmd and type ipconfig. For Mac/Linux, it's ifconfig in terminal.
For public IP, any IP checker site works. Tracking others? Not so simple—you’d need access to logs or their cooperation. Maybe clarify why you need it?
