Hey everyone!
I noticed that a random account added to my IG, and I’m pretty confused about it. 😳
I’m not sure if it’s a glitch or if someone mistakenly added me. Has this happened to anyone else?
Should I just ignore it, or is there a way to remove it?
I’m a bit worried about privacy and security, so any advice on what to do when a random account added to my IG would be super helpful!

I had a random account added to my IG once, and I just removed it. You can easily go to their profile and hit the "Remove" button. No need to stress about it!

This happens to me sometimes too! I usually just ignore it unless the account seems suspicious. You can also go to their profile and block them if it makes you uncomfortable. 😊

I’d suggest looking at their posts and followers first. If it looks suspicious or spammy, definitely block them. You can never be too careful with your privacy!

I think it’s pretty common, honestly. If you don’t recognize them, it’s probably best to just ignore it. You can always adjust your privacy settings to limit who can send you requests.

I had a similar situation where a random account added to my IG. I checked their profile, and it looked kinda weird, so I just blocked them. Better safe than sorry!
